第一届全国青少年三大球运动会在湖南开幕谌贻琴出席开幕式并调研

新华社长沙11月20日电 11月20日晚，第一届全国青少年三大球运动会在湖南长沙开幕。国务委员谌贻琴出席开幕式宣布运动会开幕并调研三大球工作，强调要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要指示精神，从娃娃抓起，从青训抓起，久久为功振兴发展三大球，助力建设体育强国。

开幕式前，谌贻琴实地调研了青少年足球、篮球人才培养情况，并观看第一届全国青少年三大球运动会U18女子排球比赛。谌贻琴强调，推动三大球振兴发展，青少年后备人才培养至关重要。要尊重人才发展规律，完善人才培养体系，继续深化体教融合，既要保障文化课学习，也要提高青训的科学性专业性，畅通升学和职业发展通道，让青少年球员学习、运动两不误，夯实三大球项目根基。积极探索多渠道共同培养模式，培养更多具有国际一流水平的教练员，同时支持引导优秀教练员下沉基层。要绷紧安全稳定这根弦，加强对体育赛事活动、运动健身场馆设施的安全管理和隐患排查，切实维护公共安全。

全国青少年三大球运动会由国家体育总局、教育部联合主办，每年举办一届，旨在进一步推广普及三大球运动，让更多青少年喜爱、参与三大球运动。同时调动各地抓三大球青训的积极性，形成振兴发展三大球的合力。
