教育部要求做好暑期学生安全工作

学校放假前须召开一次防溺水专题班会

教育部6月26日发出通知，要求各地各学校做好暑期学生安全工作，要全力防灾减灾，积极预防学生溺水事故，切实做好暑期留校和参加校外活动学生的安全工作，集中开展学生安全教育。

通知提出，各地教育部门和学校要在当地政府统一领导下，积极预防和应对自然灾害，必要时可采取停课、调整考试时间、提前放假或将学生转移到安全场所上课等措施，全力保障学生安全，坚决防止山洪、泥石流、山体滑坡等造成学生群死群伤事故。各地教育部门和学校要在放假前全面排查风险隐患，发现危房要立即停用并做好维修加固工作，严禁使用存在安全隐患的校舍。

通知要求，各地各中小学要把防溺水宣传教育作为暑期重点工作，多方联动、多措并举，努力降低溺水事故发生率和学生溺亡人数。在放假前召开一次防溺水专题班会，再次强调防溺水“六不”要求，让学生清楚私自下水玩耍的极端危险性，提高学生安全意识和防溺水自救能力。

通知强调，各地教育部门和学校要在暑假前对全体学生集中开展一次安全教育，结合当地实际，有针对性地帮助学生了解掌握防交通事故、防拥挤踩踏、防火、防溺水、防台风、防洪水、防泥石流、防地震等安全常识，切实提高学生的安全防范意识和应急避险能力。
