中小学校健康月启动家长需测评饮食营养素

昨天，记者从市教委获悉，市教委与市卫计委启动中小学校健康月系列活动，家长需要督促学生进行视力监测，还需要进行膳食营养素测评。

据悉，此次活动是为了强化家校合作共同建立学生防近视、控肥胖的工作机制。主要涉及全市中小学生及其家长。

通知要求，学校以班级为单位指导家长开展家庭健康管理。提醒家长每天督促孩子做一次眼保健操、给孩子做一次家庭护眼按摩操、带领孩子进行不少于半小时的体育锻炼。同时，学校指导家长每周对孩子的视力和体重进行一次健康监测。对于体重增长过快和视力下降的学生，老师和家长要共同、及时查找原因，有针对性地进行干预。此外，学校要指导家长每月对学生的膳食中营养素进行一次测评，家长要选择学生在家一日三餐的饮食，通过《北京市中小学健康管理家校合作系统》“营养测评”板块对学生一天的膳食营养素摄入情况进行测评，根据测评结果合理调整学生在家的饮食。（记者郭莹）
